Zotefoams polyolefins segment is engaged in offering a range of polyolefin that are made from olefinic homopolymer and copolymer resin. This segment also provides polyethylene and microZOTE foams made using polyolefin resins.

The company produces Azote, a brand name for Zotefoams’ polyolefin foams from a range of polymers. The company’s Azote product range includes Plastazote foam, a closed cell, cross-linked low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and blends; Evazote foam, a closed cell and cross-linked ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer; and Supazote, a closed cell and cross-linked ethylene-methyl acrylate (EMA) copolymer.

Zotefoams’ HPP segment offers Zotek F foams and T-Fit insulation both made from poly vinylidene fluoride (PVDF) fluoropolymer. Its other products either commercially launched or being assessed in development include foams made from polyamide (nylon) and polyether block amide (PEBA).

The company also manufactures MicroZOTE, which is a new range of closed-cell, non-cross linked, microcellular, polyolefin roll foams, which is manufactured using patented MuCell extrusion technology.

Zotefoams has a manufacturing agreement with UFP Technologies, a manufacturer of packaging and components products, to develop T-Fit, an insulation system that is used for cleaning process in industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and others.

The company’s MEL segment is engaged in licensing microcellular foam technology and sells related machinery.

Zotefoams’ subsidiaries include the following: Zotefoams International Limited, Zotefoams Pension Trustees Limited, Azote Asia Limited, Zotefoams Inc., MuCell Extrusion LLC and Zotefoams Operations Limited.
